Important Information & Terms

Please read the following carefully before registering and making payment:

Permits

We do not provide the TAM permits on behalf of participating businesses.

Each business is responsible for obtaining the required Future Entrepreneur Permit and Temporary Kiosk Permit (كشك مؤقت) through TAM before the event.

All required permits must be valid for the event dates.

Booth Pricing

Participation prices vary depending on the venue, booth category, and location.

Once payment has been completed, your business will be assigned a place within the category booked.

Payment Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable.

Your spot is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Once payment is made and your spot is confirmed, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

Setup

Setup will take place one day before the event, on 23 August.

All participating businesses must ensure their booth is fully prepared within the provided setup timings.

Further setup instructions and timings will be shared with confirmed participants.

Electricity

Please note that electricity will not be available 24 hours a day.

Businesses should plan their stock, refrigeration, equipment, and setup accordingly.

Conduct

We expect all participants to communicate respectfully with the organizers, venue staff, other businesses, and visitors.

Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action where necessary to maintain a professional and respectful event environment.

By completing payment, the participating business confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
